Once they’ve completed the health check, they’ll provide an overview and should anything need addressing this will be highlighted by your Service Advisor. TOTAL CLARITY.

At MINI we believe in clarity. Which is why, if our MINI Trained Technicians uncover any essential repairs or replacements while your car’s in our workshop, they’ll take a video of the evidence.

This footage, plus the relevant parts and labour costs, will then be sent directly to you. And, because we wouldn’t want to do anything without seeking your approval, we’ll check you’re happy to go ahead before getting to work.

What’s more, if we find an issue that may turn into a problem later on, we’ll send you a reminder email with all the details at a relevant time. Handy, right? You’ll also be glad to know that, even if your MINI’s in perfect working order, we’ll send you the footage anyway, for your records and your peace of mind.
