Everyone at the Centre was helpful and friendly. We didn't feel rushed when making the decision to purchase our mini. It was a great experience.

Unfortunately given inaccurate information about the APR we were told it was 2.9% whereas in fact it was 4.9%. Too much paperwork, completed the same paperwork several times but found out that it is resent when slightly amended but with no notation.

I can honestly say that we came to Marshalls to rule out buying another Mini. But, we loved the look of the Aceman, and so we bought our third car from you, the disappointment came from your sales lady, which continued throughout the process

Jamie Southgate is excellent and very thorough, but he is only human and unable to deal with the volume of customers booking in and collecting their cars. Mini need to get another person to do the job alongside Jamie and reduce the long wait time.

Great efficiency - dropped the car off and the team were great with communicating when the service had been completed and what checks were done. Jamie as always is fantastic at Hook Mini with ensuring the car is in its best condition.
