Everyone endeavour to give great service and support. There were a couple of blips but staff went the extra mile mile to resolve quickly

I was kept well informed re what needed to be done on my car - they needed to keep it overnight. However when I collected it the complimentary wash and valet had NOT been done so I had to wait while it was done.. Rather irritating!

Welcome by representatives and a kind offer of a coffee on arrival. Recall work was undertaken with the workshop representative providing support and explanations of the work to be carried out.

Due to it being a small plastic trim being fitted to the front of the car, it took 1 hour to complete and tou charged my wife £204:75 + VAT for 1 hour. That is disgraceful........
