There was a problem on the agreed collection date but Alex more than made up for this by delivering the vehicle as soon as the problem was resolved.

debited £212.28 from my card instead of £121.28. advised by phone promising refund by 15/9/2025 not received by 17/9/2025 money is taken immediately but despite Garage fault refunds take longer to process - not acceptable

We had very good service when we purchased our Mini in 2023. We recently visited to have the trims around the headlights replaced. The service was good.

Overall I was completely satisfied. There were a couple of minor hiccups which Alex rectified quickly and professionally. Alex Mitchell was superb throughout the process he was prompt to reply to any questions and concerns. A pleasure to deal with .
