Everyone endeavour to give great service and support. There were a couple of blips but staff went the extra mile mile to resolve quickly

Mia was very patient and helpful throughout. She made sure everything was smooth and on track. It was wonderful to arrive to collect the car to find it in the showroom with a bow on it! Driving it out of the sales room was a wonderful moment!

Whilst it's great to have wifi available, it wasn't great. As a client waiting I need to be able to work and using apps like Teams (very data-hungry) just wasnt' possible which kinda defeated the object of having a waiting appointment

I wasn't notified that my car was ready for collection after my service. I called three times with no answer and I drove to the garage to find it had been ready for a while!
