I requested my car to be rebooked in a week later, and on the second attempt it was fixed. On this occasion I had to get a train & bus to get home & to return I walked 2 miles and then a train to pick up the vehicle .Told the car could not be washed.

The reception staff is always friendly polite and helpful. The service was great, but I only receive a video showing them checking tyres? and there was no given time to collect vehicle. Other than that fab service.

I have requested gold service and at the end I got silver service for my car. Also the service department did not update the software of my car. Still appears in the dashboard "Service over due". And they did not stamp the car book.

Work was done properly but my car was not cleaned as thoroughly - unlike previously! I had to contact them regularly to check on the progress of the job. I had left my car in overnight but didn't have it back until late the following day!
