All work carried out well. Cleaning v perfunctory. Wasn't sure if the car had been washed or not. However it was a wet muddy day so it may have got dirty again when it was being returned to me. Also I wasn't warned there was no petrol left.
Couldn't fault the service received, kept abreast of what was going on every step of their way.
I was a little disappointed as the inspection flaps had been left open underneath the car. I had to then bring the car back the following day and received no explanation nor apology for the inconvenience.
The servicing and knowledge on the cars is as expected and there was no pushy service manager to get additional things done. But, for my car to be ready but having to wait 45 mins for a wash and vac is unnecessary.
I did'nt need a full service, but Georgina arranged for my car to be given a thorough look over. I am recently widowed and cannot tell you how much I appreciated her kindness
First service I have had - received vehicle health check via video and good report on the car following service which was also explained by Georgina who by the way is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and makes time for customers.
I had to call 4 times over a period of about 6 hours and I still didn't get my call returned. On the 5th call I decided to wait until I was put through. By the end of over 2 weeks of dealing with them, I was only getting texts and not even calls.

Overall no issues with service. I only have one issue and perhaps my fault, they phoned and stated a service was due. When I turned up, cost was a bit under £300 for essentially an oil change, less than 1hrs work.
Jamie Steele and Jamie Southgate are very professional and explain in great detail what will be completed in the service.
The professional manor in which we were dealt with by all the staff. Exceptional service from Megan Giddings, she even came in on her day off to hand over the car.

The staff were great , I dont like salesmen, but Jack hit exactly the right tone, really friendly guy, with him and his team making me feel special from start to finish
