the time it took to undertake an MOT was over three hours and I was waiting - this wasn't really acceptable, especially as after this time it needed something done to it which took up the rest of the afternoon.

MOT was booked at 10.00 am. Service dept at Marshall called yesterday asked me to come in at 9.30 am. I agreed to this. Today I arrived at the dealership at 9.30, was kept waiting until 9.45 and had to tell Adam I was waiting as he was not aware.

Almost spot on, but when they replaced one tyre they did not check that the tyre on the other side was correctly inflated (it was under inflated) despite re setting the sensor.

Overall onsite experience cannot be faulted! The use of a remote call centre when arranging a booking comes across as somewhat 'computer says' which is not a reflection of the staff at the call centre, but you do loose that sense of personal touch.

Problem with HealthCheck on my brakes. The measurements were the same between 2018-2019 despite the fact I had driven 10k miles. Reviewing previous yrs , my brake pads had actually improved one year, test is not helpful to the customer.
