Service was great, only downside that I did have to chase a few times regarding the collection of the car. But was run very efficiently.
The pre booked time slot was punctual and efficient and asked if I was happy to wait for an additional warranty check to be carried out on my roof as part of recall.

Service desk was used as a cafe upon collection. Customers sat drinking coffee so unable to sit whilst waiting a while. Also took 20mins in total from arriving to getting our vehicle. Staff member could not locate vehicle.

They stepped in to help when I was let down my Mini Reading and Mini Assist. I didn't buy my car there originally but if I decide to stay with Mini it would be because of Marshall's customer care (Katie, Georgina and Jamie were the people who helped)
I was very satisfied with the sales staff. Professional, friendly staff - Jack in particular. Very disappointed that someone physically drove my car from up north to deliver it rather than put it on a lorry therefore clocking up mileage - shame

The team in the Mini centre were excellent but there was a slight hitch at the last minute caused by the finance company that delayed the car handover. The Mini team handled it well and did everything they could to help in the circumstances

Mini service is great I cant fauly it, but when speak to a receptionist about my service date was given the wrong date for my service .When booking my service at the bmw service side (noone available mini side) was told I wasnt able to wait(wrong)

I was a little disappointed with the initial contact, when my vehicle developed a fuel leak from under the engine cover, I was little annoyed that the earliest appointment I could get was 3 weeks after my I initial phone comtact

From reception to the mechanics and the actual service taken out everything was professional and efficient. We liked the regular text update and the fact that you got a video of any problems shown to you and of course getting your car back clean!
