I received the video of the safety check, and my car was returned to me washed and the interior vacuumed.
Good service. Was unclear how long I had to wait so a prompt of expected waiting time would have been great and given a higher score.

Always put the customer first. We asked for a specific car as a courtesy car for the purposes of a test drive. They organised it and were very attentive and helpful.
Unable to have the car washed as it has plastic film paint protection. I was advised that they had inexperienced car washing people who may have damaged the film. I appreciated being told this to prevent expensive damage but expected the car washed.
Because of illness we were moved to the BMW side and was quite crowded however, staff ensured we were seen to relatively quickly looked after with teas and coffee
