Not sure about the new layout of the shop floor, almost like a maze. Anyhow I had to go over to the BMW side of the dealership and their waiting area was freezing, mainly because its on a draft and could not have chosen a worst place for it.

Always put the customer first. We asked for a specific car as a courtesy car for the purposes of a test drive. They organised it and were very attentive and helpful.

Unable to have the car washed as it has plastic film paint protection. I was advised that they had inexperienced car washing people who may have damaged the film. I appreciated being told this to prevent expensive damage but expected the car washed.
