Very friendly receptionist (Julie) and service representative (Jamie). Kept well informed and feel that I got some good advice on the options for extra work. Jamie remembered me from previous visits and made time for conversation during collection.

The only reason I was not completely satisfied is that I had to wait 2 & half hours for my mini to have its MOT & Health Check and because I was waiting in reception it was a long time. Also my car was not valeted as I needed to get to a hospital ap
